Account Types

The application supports 3 types of users

1. Standalone account

2. Root account

3. Managed account

Standalone Account

When you initially sign up for the app, you are creating standalone account

You can use the application using this type of account or you can create and organization

Root Account

Root account is standalone account that has created an organization. The root account becomes org admin and has full control over all features of the application. available to his organization

Managed Account

Managed account is an account created by user that was invited to join the organization. Standalone account can be converted to managed account. Root account cannot be converted to managed account
